The concept of "Thaï Square" was born and matured in the mind of the chef Kherngseng Hanprachoom ("Poh") and the person in-charge of the welcome and service Amonrat Kanjaanu ("Oh"). Before creating this restaurant, Poh acquired experience in different restaurants in Bangkok. After having been awarded in a chef contest in Thailand, he had been responsible for the cuisine of the restaurants “Les Perles de Pluies” in Brussels and "Sawadee" in Namur for several years. Oh, after having gained several experiences in Chiangmai (Northern Thailand, the capital of Thai gastronomy), had been working with Poh at the "Perles de Pluies".
